Delivering quick, low cost roller banners, does not mean we compromise on quality. Achieving the highest quality is at the heart of all we do, from investing in modern printing and finishing equipment to skill development and colour management. Our aim is to deliver stands which you can be proud of using.

All our stands are supplied with a quality guarantee – we guarantee that you will receive what you ordered, a faithful reproduction of your artwork in stands which won’t break on their first use. All our equipment is calibrated to meet ISO colour standards.

Our roller banner mechanisms are supplied with a manufacturer warranty:

• SuperSaver Roller banners – 30 days
• Economy Roller banners – 60 days
• Budget Roller banners – 3 months
• Premium Roller Banners – 6 months

Warranty Terms

Eazy Printing Limited warrants Roller Banners UK’s products to be free from manufacturing defects.

Our warranty protects the original purchaser against any failure due to materials or workmanship for the period displayed on each product page.

Should your product require repair, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace, at no charge, any defects due to manufacturing, if the stand has been properly operated under normal conditions, according to Roller Banners UK instructions for use. Outside the warranty conditions repairs will be chargeable, and advised in advance.

Roller Banners UK’s obligation under this warranty is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned, if Roller Banners UK is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. Your repaired or replaced equipment will be delivered to your UK address at our cost.

This warranty shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear, which have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been altered by someone other than Roller Banners UK. This warranty also excludes bags and packaging.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no person, agent or dealer is authorised to give any further warranties on behalf of Roller Banners UK unless such warranty is in writing and signed by an officer of Eazy Printing Limited

Our printing, whether for indoor or outdoor stands is guaranteed not to fade for 2 years.

Returns

Every print job we deliver is custom made for you. Being a custom made good there is no right to refunds or returns. However if you have a problem with your order we will do all we can to put it right.

Here’s our guiding principles about what we’ll do if things don’t go quite to plan.

1. If it’s broke, we’ll fix it
2. If it’s late, we’ll refund the delivery cost
3. If it’s been used, and is not working we’ll collect it and take a look…
4. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll sort it out

There are no hidden return costs and we’ll consider your request up to 14 days after dispatch.
